About Us
Social Justice Implementation Council (SJIC) is a professionally governed organization registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and aligned with the objectives of the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India. SJIC is dedicated to strengthening the implementation of social justice policies by creating nationwide awareness of government schemes, constitutional rights, legal protections, and welfare initiatives.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between public policy and the people it is meant to serve. SJIC works closely with marginalized and vulnerable communities, including Scheduled Castes (SCs), Other Backward Classes (OBCs), senior citizens, persons with disabilities, denotified and nomadic tribes, transgender persons, individuals affected by substance misuse, and communities requiring health and cancer awareness. We ensure that beneficiaries are informed, empowered, and able to access their rightful entitlements with dignity.
SJIC adopts a holistic and inclusive approach, integrating legal awareness, social empowerment, health education, cancer awareness, and spiritual mentorship to support emotional resilience, inner strength, and long-term well-being alongside social justice implementation.
Through strategic partnerships with civil society organizations, legal aid institutions, subject-matter experts, healthcare professionals, and grassroots networks, SJIC conducts impactful awareness campaigns, capacity-building programs, training workshops, and community outreach initiatives across India. Our work translates constitutional guarantees into meaningful and measurable outcomes at the grassroots level.
At SJIC, we believe social justice is not merely a policy objective—it is a lived reality. By promoting awareness, access, accountability, and inner empowerment, we strive to build an equitable, inclusive, and empowered society where every citizen can live with dignity, security, and opportunity.
Our Vision
At SJIC, we believe that social justice is not merely a policy objective—it is a lived reality that must be achieved through effective and accountable implementation. Social justice has real meaning only when government schemes, constitutional protections, and welfare initiatives are properly executed and reach the intended beneficiaries at the grassroots level with transparency, efficiency, and dignity.
SJIC focuses on implementation by strengthening four key pillars. Through awareness, we ensure that citizens clearly understand their rights, legal protections, and available social justice , Education , Health & Old Age schemes. Through access, we assist communities in navigating administrative systems so that benefits are not denied due to lack of information, complex procedures, digital barriers, or systemic gaps. Through accountability, we promote transparent, lawful, and responsive delivery of welfare schemes by relevant authorities. Through inner empowerment, we build confidence, self-reliance, and emotional strength, enabling individuals to claim their rights with dignity rather than dependency.
By prioritizing implementation over intent, SJIC works to convert social justice schemes from policy promises into real, measurable outcomes. Our approach emphasizes last-mile delivery, beneficiary support, and institutional awareness, ensuring that social justice is not only announced but experienced in everyday life—helping build an equitable, inclusive, and empowered society where every citizen can live with dignity, security, and opportunity.
The mission of the Social Justice Implementation Council (SJIC) is to ensure the effective, ethical, and accountable implementation of social justice policies and welfare schemes across all regions and communities, so that no eligible citizen is denied their rightful support.
We work across all zones and social sectors to bridge the gap between policy and people—supporting healthcare access, dignified ageing, education, rehabilitation, and social protection for vulnerable and marginalized populations, including Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, backward communities, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, individuals affected by substance addiction, and economically disadvantaged groups.
SJIC is committed to last-mile delivery by:
Creating awareness of constitutional rights, government schemes, and entitlements
Assisting citizens in navigating administrative, legal, and digital systems
Strengthening coordination between communities and implementing authorities
Promoting transparency, accountability, and lawful execution of welfare programs
Alongside material support, SJIC integrates emotional, mental, and inner empowerment, ensuring individuals reclaim dignity, confidence, and self-worth while accessing social justice mechanisms.
Through structured implementation, community engagement, and holistic empowerment, SJIC strives to transform social justice from policy intent into tangible outcomes, enabling every individual—especially the elderly and marginalized—to live a secure, dignified, and meaningful life.
Our Approach
The Social Justice Implementation Council (SJIC) adopts a holistic and inclusive framework that addresses social justice not only as a legal and administrative responsibility, but as a human-centered process requiring awareness, access, dignity, and inner strength.
Legal Awareness & Constitutional Literacy
SJIC works to educate citizens about their constitutional rights, legal safeguards, and statutory protections. By simplifying legal knowledge and promoting constitutional literacy, we empower individuals to understand, assert, and lawfully claim their entitlements without fear, dependency, or misinformation.
Social Empowerment & Policy implementation
We bridge the information gap between government policies and intended beneficiaries by creating clear, accessible awareness around welfare schemes, reservations, social security programs, and public services. Our efforts ensure communities are informed, confident, and capable of engaging with governance systems effectively.
Health Education & Cancer Awareness
SJIC promotes preventive healthcare awareness, early detection, and access to government-supported medical services, with a focused emphasis on cancer awareness. Through education and outreach, we help individuals and families make informed health decisions and reduce barriers to timely care.
De-addiction & Rehabilitation Awareness
Recognizing substance dependency as both a social and health concern, SJIC supports awareness around de-addiction programs, rehabilitation pathways, and reintegration support. Our approach emphasizes recovery with dignity, family involvement, and long-term social inclusion.
Spiritual Mentorship & Emotional Resilience
Alongside material and legal support, SJIC integrates spiritual mentorship and emotional resilience-building to strengthen inner confidence, mental stability, and self-worth. This dimension helps individuals navigate adversity, reclaim dignity, and sustain long-term personal and social well-being.
By combining legal knowledge with emotional and inner empowerment, SJIC ensures that social justice initiatives lead to sustainable outcomes—where beneficiaries are not only supported by systems, but strengthened as individuals and communities.
Communities We Serve
The Social Justice Implementation Council (SJIC) actively supports and works with diverse communities that have historically faced exclusion, marginalization, or limited access to welfare mechanisms. Our interventions are designed to ensure awareness, access, dignity, and long-term empowerment.
Scheduled Castes (SCs)
SJIC works to strengthen awareness of constitutional safeguards, reservation policies, legal protections, and welfare schemes available to Scheduled Castes. We focus on enabling access to education, skill development, healthcare, and social security while addressing systemic discrimination through legal and policy awareness.
Other Backward Classes (OBCs)
We support OBC communities by facilitating access to government schemes related to education, employment, entrepreneurship, and social welfare. SJIC emphasizes clarity around eligibility, documentation, and grievance redressal to ensure rightful benefits reach intended beneficiaries.
Senior Citizens
SJIC advocates for dignified ageing by promoting awareness of pension schemes, healthcare benefits, legal rights, and social security programs for senior citizens. We also focus on emotional well-being, loneliness prevention, and protection against neglect, abuse, and financial exploitation.
Persons with Disabilities
We work to ensure persons with disabilities are informed about disability rights, certification processes, assistive technologies, healthcare access, and livelihood opportunities. SJIC promotes inclusion, accessibility, and independence through policy awareness and institutional coordination.
Denotified and Nomadic Tribes
SJIC supports denotified and nomadic tribes by addressing historical exclusion and lack of documentation that often restricts access to welfare benefits. Our efforts focus on identity recognition, access to housing, education, healthcare, and social integration with dignity.
Transgender Persons
SJIC works toward social inclusion and equal access for transgender persons by promoting awareness of legal rights, identity documentation, healthcare services, livelihood schemes, and protection from discrimination. We emphasize dignity, safety, and self-reliance through informed access to welfare systems.
Individuals Affected by Substance Misuse
We support individuals and families affected by substance misuse through awareness of rehabilitation services, healthcare support, counseling frameworks, and reintegration opportunities. SJIC adopts a compassionate, non-stigmatizing approach that emphasizes recovery, dignity, and social reintegration.
Communities Requiring Health and Cancer Awareness
SJIC actively promotes health education and cancer awareness, focusing on early detection, preventive care, government health schemes, and access to treatment support. Our initiatives aim to reduce misinformation, fear, and financial distress associated with serious health conditions.
Our Commitment
Our inclusive approach ensures that no community remains excluded due to lack of information, systemic barriers, or social stigma. By combining awareness, access, and advocacy, SJIC strives to create equitable pathways for every individual to exercise their rights and live with dignity.
Our Work
SJIC carries out its initiatives through strategic collaborations with a wide spectrum of stakeholders committed to social equity and public welfare. We work closely with civil society organizations to strengthen community engagement and extend outreach to underserved populations. Our partnerships with legal aid institutions enable us to promote legal literacy, constitutional awareness, and access to justice at the grassroots level. In addition, SJIC collaborates with subject-matter experts to ensure that all programs are informed by policy expertise, research, and best practices.
Health and well-being form a critical pillar of our work. SJIC actively engages with healthcare professionals and cancer awareness advocates to educate communities on preventive healthcare, early detection, and access to government-supported health schemes. Alongside this, our strong ties with grassroots and community networks allow us to understand local realities, cultural contexts, and on-ground challenges, ensuring that interventions remain relevant, inclusive, and impactful.
Through these collaborations, SJIC conducts nationwide awareness campaigns that disseminate information on government schemes, rights, and welfare initiatives in a clear and accessible manner. We implement capacity-building programs aimed at empowering community leaders, volunteers, and beneficiaries with knowledge and practical tools. Our training workshops focus on legal awareness, social empowerment, health education, and rights-based approaches, while our community outreach initiatives ensure direct engagement with beneficiaries in urban, rural, and semi-urban regions.
All SJIC programs are carefully designed to translate constitutional guarantees into measurable, real-world outcomes. By bridging policy intent with grassroots execution, we ensure that social justice is not limited to legislation but experienced as dignity, access, and opportunity by the communities we serve.
